Q: Can I place my party rental order online?

A: You sure can place your order online. Simply click the 'add to cart' button on the page of each item you wish to rent. Once your cart is full you can proceed through the user-friendly checkout procedure.

Q: Do I have to pay now?

A: We do require a deposit of 25% to reserve the rental items. This can be made over the phone or online with a credit card. The remaining balance is due any time up until the time of delivery.

Q: Once I place my order online how will I know when you will be arriving to set up the day of my party?

A: A day or so prior to your event one of our office staff members will email or call you to confirm the details of your rental and to inform you of approximately what time you can expect our team members for both the set up and the pick up.
