If the weather turns bad, there is no fee to cancel as long as you inform us before we leave to set up. If you were required to pay a deposit, the deposit amount will be saved as a rain check available for credit within 1 year or you can have it refunded. Once we have set up, we have to pay our employees for their hard work and therefore we require full payment regardless of use. Note: Unless, the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment, we leave the decision up to you since your area might not be affected by weather conditions as much as another. Our main safety concern is wind. When winds go higher than approx. 20 MPH, units become unsafe regardless of our tie down methods. If you are concerned, please call our office.
Rain and high winds are the two most common types of bad weather, which require deflation of the unit. If rain arrives after the unit is set up, it must be deflated and all electrical connections should be disconnected. If rain stops, the unit can be re-inflated to resume use. DO NOT use the unit if it is wet, as wet vinyl becomes very slippery and unsafe. Customers do not get a refund if rain occurs after delivery and set up.
