COVID-19 Procedures:

Below are new operational procedures that we will be implementing to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees:

Cleaning Procedures

1. Each unit will be cleaned thoroughly when it is delivered to your location. This includes vacuuming all grass, leaves and other items from your unit. The next step is to use an EPA approved disinfectant for eliminating COVID-19 germs. The name of the disinfectant we use is Lysol Clean & Fresh Multi-surface Cleaner. We apply this product to anywhere someone might have come in contact with the unit. This includes netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, obstacles, steps, and handles.
2. When the event is over, we will bring every unit back to our location and do the same thorough cleaning as described in Step 1. Therefore, the unit will be cleaned thoroughly two times before it is next used (once at our location and once the day of delivery).
3. To insure that the units we rent out are safe, we require at least 5 days between rentals. According to the World Health Organization, COVID-19 may last on porous surfaces for periods up to 72 hours. While the majority of the virus is eliminated just by this waiting period, our cleaning procedures help eliminate germs. For example, if we have a unit rented out on Sunday, the next time it could be rented is the following Saturday. This allows time for us to do a thorough cleaning of the unit at our location and to also allow more than the 72 hour period for the germs to expire.

Contactless Delivery

To help promote social distancing, Bounce-Around is now offering the ability for contactless delivery. Here are the steps for contactless delivery:

1. Several days before your scheduled rental, we will send you an email that contains two documents that need signed: a copy of the rental contract, and the rules for the operation of the unit. You can print both pages, sign them and either scan them or take a picture of them and send them back to us via email at info@bounce-around.com.

2. Approximately 1 to 2 days before your rental, we will call to confirm the drop-off time for the rental, discuss any weather concerns, answer any questions about the rental you may have, go over rules for the unit, ask if anyone in your household has COVID-19 or symptoms of it, and discuss the setup location for your inflatable. If we haven't received the signed papers back from you, we will remind you that if you want contactless delivery, we need to receive them before we arrive to setup. Also, we will have you pay the remainder of the balance due at this time via credit card to ensure contactless delivery.

3. When we arrive to setup your inflatable, we will call you to let you know that we have arrived to setup your inflatable. When we are setting up, from a safe distance of more than 6 feet, we will have you confirm that where we setup the inflatable is correct.

4. When we come back to pickup the inflatable, there is no additional papers you need to sign or anything you need to do. We will come at the agreed upon pickup time and take the unit back to our location.
If for some reason you are unable to do contactless delivery, we will take all necessary precautions to follow CDC guidelines on social distancing when we are there to setup your unit. For example, for signing the contract and rules, we ask that you use your own pen and we will place the contract and rules down on a surface for you to pick up. We will not hand them directly to you.

Health and Safety Precautions

1. When our delivery area does move into the "Green" re-opening phase, all gatherings must be less than 250 people. Gatherings over that amount will still be prohibited. We will be asking all of our rentals how many people will be attending their event, and if the gathering will be more than 250 people, we will be cancelling the rental. As part of the rules for the rental, you will need to confirm when you sign the rental contract that your gathering will be less than 250 people.
2. Before the start of every work shift, our employees will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and have their temperature taken. Anyone with a high fever or showing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to work and they will be sent home. Likewise, when we call to confirm the appointment we will confirm with you that nobody in your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or are showing any signs of the disease. We will also ask that you check with any guests to see if they have COVID-19 or are showing signs of it before they attend your event.
3. Bounce-Around and its staff will follow all guidelines set forth by the CDC and Pennsylvania Department of Health in regards to cleaning, operating guidelines and social distancing,
